Shipping + Returns

Domestic Shipping

Once you place your order, you will receive an email with your shipping notification and tracking information. We ship domestic orders in 1-3 business days after an order is placed. USPS will take 2-3 days to arrive, FedEx 2-5 days. If you need your order fulfilled faster, please email shop@twistcandleco.com. We'll do our best to make it happen!

International Shipping

We send most international packages via First Class International Mail, which doesn't include features such as tracking information or delivery confirmation. Shipping times vary depending on location, time of year and local postal service. On average, orders should arrive in 2-4 weeks. International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs. 


Refunds + Exchanges

It's our goal at Twist Candle Co., to carefully inspect each package before they are shipped. We cannot refund a candle that has been burned. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase, so please contact us if you have any problems with our product.

 

If your package is damaged during shipping, please let us know within 5 days of receiving so we can replace or refund your order. 

 

If you wish to exchange your unused candle, please let us know within 10 days and we will be happy to ship out another product of equal value. The buyer will be responsible for shipping cost on all return items.
